after 156 days on the market, our house in florida has finally sold, praise the Lord!closing is officially set for june 25th, but will most likely be moved up a week or more at the buyer's request.
now to find a place to live (rent) up here.....

Congratulations! I know it is such a relief to you and your family.
I'm speechless. I'm not sure whether to laugh and rejoice ...or cry. I guess I'll do the right thing and rejoice with those who rejoice.
(But then you'll be obligated to weep with me, right?)
Are you at least coming down for the closing?!
And can we at least have a last lunch or chai tea at Panera?

Wahoooooooo! Congrats, Jodi. I'm so glad that you will be able to close that chapter finally and move on. What a relief. I can't imagine the kind of stress you must have been under. I'm having fun catching up on your blog... it's been a while since I've visited!
