yes, folks--it's here! mcdonald's shamrock shake.
we had a tradition when the kids were little (because i remember getting them with my dad when i was a kid) to always get a shamrock shake from mickey-d's in march (only through st. patrick's day).
but ever since we moved out of pennsylvania 13 years ago, we haven't been able to find them.
i was actually told when we lived in the south that they no longer make them. undeterred, we made them ourselves at home.
imagine our (pleasant) surprise when we returned to pa. to find that they do, indeed, still make them.
at least in these parts.

Jodi, i enjoyed looking at your blog for a bit today.I commend you from my heart for your sweet spirit! My parents were missionaries and there was plenty of creative living conditions. I don,t know how my mother did it but we children all lived through it! Loved the pics of yours sleeping on the floor. Cheri
I guess there are some perks to living in the North.
They must be back in TLH because I saw them at McDonalds last week when I was getting an emergency cup of coffee! ; ) Maybe your inquiries brought them here this year!
